In 2015, chronic illness led me to leave my career as a special education teacher. On my journey to heal, only a few practitioners treated me without judgment. That experience motivated me to pursue bodywork so I can help others find solutions to improve their quality of life without questioning the validity of their symptoms. My own experience with using bodywork to heal my pain as both an athlete and a person with a chronic illness has informed my work. I believe that bodywork does not need deep pressure to elicit big changes. I utilize a variety of modalities including Myofascial Release and Craniosacral therapy into an integrative massage sessions. I ease into my work to ensure that I use the best therapeutic pressure for your body. I look forward to providing a bodywork session that supports you in your healing goals.
